CUVARA Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your CUVARA purchase. If you change your mind, we welcome returns under our 30-day returns policy.
Our 30-day returns policy
To qualify:
- Your product must have been purchased directly from cuvarawellness.com.
- It must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
- You must contact us and send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return postage is your responsibility.
These conditions apply to our voluntary 30-day offer. They do not limit your statutory rights, explained below.
If you purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
How to arrange a return
Email hello@cuvarawellness.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and the item you wish to return. You are welcome to tell us why, but you do not need to give a reason for changing your mind.
We will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before posting so your parcel reaches the correct location.
Package the product securely. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will check it and email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For returns under our voluntary 30-day offer, we will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the product. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Original delivery charges are not refunded under the voluntary offer, except where required by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@cuvarawellness.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return postage where the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.
The unused, original-packaging and 30-day change-of-mind conditions do not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Your statutory rights
Our 30-day returns offer is additional to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery and return them within a further 14 days. The unused and original-packaging conditions do not restrict these rights or your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
